DELIVERY

At Green Budz Papers, we aim to get your order to you quickly and securely using trusted Royal Mail services. The following delivery options are available at checkout:

UK SHIPPING OPTIONS

Royal Mail 1st Class – Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days (untracked)
Royal Mail 2nd Class – Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days (untracked)
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Tracked delivery in 1–2 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Tracked delivery in 2–3 working days

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Tracked services include live updates via Royal Mail’s tracking system.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class are untracked.
If your parcel does not arrive, Royal Mail requires up to 30 days to investigate before we can resolve the issue.
These services only include insurance up to £20.
If Royal Mail confirms delivery after the 30-day investigation, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

For the most secure service with real-time updates, we recommend choosing a tracked option (Tracked 24 or Tracked 48).

DISPATCH TIMES

Orders placed by 12 PM (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day whenever possible, but we guarantee dispatch by the next working day. Tracking details will be sent by email or text message if you selected a tracked service. Tracking may only update later in the evening.

SHIPPING ADDRESS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details at checkout are correct. Green Budz Papers cannot take responsibility for:

- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Parcels lost or delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
- Additional shipping charges if a parcel needs to be resent

If a parcel is returned to us, a £4.99 re-shipping fee will apply before it can be sent again.

MISSED DELIVERIES & SAFE PLACE OPTIONS

If you are not home, Royal Mail may leave a card with details on how to collect or rearrange delivery. You may also choose delivery to a neighbour or safe place. If you select these options, you accept full responsibility. Green Budz Papers will not be liable for lost or stolen parcels.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

- Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not been dispatched.
- Once dispatched, shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return postage.
- Refunds are issued once returned products are received and inspected.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only ship within the UK. International shipping may be added in the future.
