RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or tampered with.

How to Start a Return
To arrange a return or cancellation, please email us at support@greenbudzpapers.com with your order number and details of your request.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method within a few working days (timing depends on your bank or card provider).

If your refund seems delayed, please check your bank account, contact your card provider, and then your bank. If the issue continues, get in touch with us at support@greenbudzpapers.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, email support@greenbudzpapers.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship a replacement.

Non-Refundable Items
Please note that sale items are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your return is worth more than £50, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.
